Arthon is privileged to give back to the communities in which our employees live and work. We operate an annual community support budget, provide in-kind donations of products and services, and encourage our employees to volunteer in their communities.

Arthon has a history of helping our First Nations build expertise and experience in the construction industry on a corporate level, through informal arrangements, agreements, and partnerships and on an individual level through local hiring practices, often involving training and development. Relationships are focused on economic and social development with the intention of leaving a positive legacy long after projects are completed.
