President & Director
Kerry Leong
With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Kerry brings diverse knowledge to the Arthon companies ranging from heavy civil construction and aggregate production, to land development, business development, and strategic planning. Kerry directs the overall development and long-range vision of Arthon, provides guidance, leadership, and mentoring to the core management team, and is the key liaison with Arthon’s clients and strategic business partners. As Arthon’s key asset, Kerry drives innovation in the company, fosters ingenuity in people, and contributes his unique ability to pull together the best individuals to achieve a common goal, whether it be internal or through strategic partnerships.

Dale Antonsen
As a former partner with MNP LLP for over 25 years, Dale brings extensive knowledge of taxation, business advisory, and corporate finance to the Arthon Group of Companies. Dale directs the comprehensive financial approach at Arthon, including strategic planning, reporting, development, and management. As Arthon’s Senior Vice President, Dale cultivates the short- and long-term financial and operational decisions in conjunction with the President.

Keith Meldrum
Keith has 25 years of civil engineering technology experience as well as contract, project, and regulatory management. He has a background in municipal government emergency and senior management. Keith manages Arthon’s business operations including regulatory and permitting requirements, project bidding, and health and safety.

Rockland Leong
After more than a decade in the construction industry, Rockland has developed diverse practical and technical knowledge in the heavy civil construction industry. He brings invaluable skills in heavy equipment operation, drilling and blasting, surveying, quality control, aggregate production, and mine management. Rockland oversees all mining and rock quarry operations.

Lisa Murray
Over 20 years of problem-solving experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing approaches to realize the team's people and culture goals with experience in resource-based, transportation, engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) and O&G industries gives Lisa the ability to see the needs of the business and collaborate in decision making. A dedicated professional with hands-on personnel management experience.

Lee Callow
Over three decades of experience in all aspects of the heavy equipment management and operations industries have led Lee to Arthon, where he is involved in all of our equipment activities, including overall fleet management, contractor mechanical resource management, procurement, logistics, repairs and maintenance, and equipment-related safety.
Director of Special Projects
Will Lawlor
Will has over 10 years of experience in civil construction, engineering, and contract management and execution. He has a background in municipal government operations, construction management, and surveying/design. Will manages various internal and external projects for Arthon, and assists with project bidding, health and safety, and procurement.

Ryan McWhirter
Ryan is a multifaceted director with accounting and finance experience in heavy construction, mining, the technology sector, and working with small, independent businesses. Ryan is responsible for leading the accounting department and is the contact on matters pertaining to insurance, equipment, auditing, and government agencies.
HSE & Operations Efficiency Manager
Chris Stephen
With 25 years experience in construction/earthworks and over 20 years as a health and safety professional, Chris is well versed in all things safety-related and maintaining operational efficiency on our sites. Chris plays an integral part in maintaining our various safety certifications including BCCSA COR and Shell International Green Banding status, as well as third-party contractor compliance including Cognibox and ISNetworld. Since July 2023, Chris has also been working as the acting Mine Manager for our Sandhill site in Kitimat, BC.

Trevor Johnson
A hands-on Controller with a passion for construction and mining operations. Trevor is an excellent resource for the group with his 7+ years in the industry and 10+ years as an accountant. Trevor is directly responsible for cash management, job costing, inventory valuation, corporate accounting, and leading an effective accounting team. His attention to detail and team-first leadership style makes him the perfect fit for the role of Controller with Arthon.
