Produced from blasted bedrock, this rip rap product is suitable for shoreline and river bank protection as well as culvert/stormwater outfall erosion protection.

1375 | Rip Rap 500kg

Produced from blasted bedrock, this rip rap product is suitable for ocean shoreline and riverbank protection. It can also be used for culvert/stormwater erosion protection but is typically too large in this application unless extremely high-water flows are expected.

Produced from a blend of blasted bedrock and pit run material, this product meets the British Columbia Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure’s (MoTI) 2016 Standard Specifications for Highway Construction. It is most commonly used as road base beneath asphalt, for road surfacing and bedding underneath poured and precast concrete structures, and as bedding/surround for culverts and pipes.

1700 | Washed Concrete Sand, 5mm minus (CSA A23.1, FA1)

Produced from a blend of natural sand and gravel, this product meets the Canadian Standard Association’s (CSA) Standard Specifications for Concrete A23.1, FA1. Aside from use in concrete, it is used as bedding/surround material for pipe, culverts, conduit, and electrical cable. It is also used in environmental habitat applications and for aggregate in asphalt production.

1725 | 5mm x 10mm Stone, Concrete Aggregate (CSA A23.1, 10-2.5

Produced from a blend of natural sand and gravel, this product contains fractured and natural/round particles and meets the Canadian Standard Association’s (CSA) Standard Specifications for Concrete A23.1, 10-2.5. Aside from use in concrete, this product is used as drain rock, winter abrasives and pipe bedding/surround in wet or submerged applications.

1740 | Washed Cobble 50mm x 250mm

Produced from a blend of natural sand and gravel, this product is washed and contains no fractured stone particles, it is 100% natural/round. It is used in environmental habitat and stream diversion applications. It is also suitable for use in gabion baskets on mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls and can be used as erosion control for ditch lining and slope armoring, however, Rip Rap 75mm x 200mm (6") is more suitable in this application.
